Ungana-Afrika newsletters are sent periodically
(no more than once a month) to individuals and groups that
are interested in the initiative. Past newsletters can be

Three (released 09 December 2003)
This edition highlights the results of the Ungana-Afrika
eRiding pilot project, including a case study from Zimbabwe.
Also included are details about an eRiding project with
South African community radios, and new support from the
Finnish Government.

This edition highlights Ungana-Afrika's initial eRiding
efforts in six SADC countries. Also included is information
about the SchoolNet (ICTs for African Schools) conference
in Gaborone, Botswana.

This first edition of the Ungana-Afrika newsletter introduces
the Ungana-Afrika concept and the eRiding model. It also
highlights the Ungana-Afrika induction conference where
Ungana-Afrika team members received their initial training.
