Ungana-Afrika, together with consortium members the Meraka Institute, The Innovation Hub and InnovationLab, has won the bid to host the infoDev Southern African Regional Mobile Applications Laboratory.
The main message of this white paper is that every organisation and company active in the development sector should be interested in the potential of mobiles and should take a serious look at how their work would benefit from these technologies. This message is based on exposure to various projects that organisations are already implementing, combined with several years of experience with ICT capacity building within the development sector.
